The Nordic Activity Contest takes place every month on Tuesday's or Thursday's from 19 - 23 Hour local:

1. Tuesday: 144 MHz
2. Tuesday: 432 MHz
3. Tuesday: 1296 MHz*
4. Tuesday: 2320 MHz and up*
2. Thursday: 50 MHz
3. Thursday: 70 MHz
5. Tuesday: All band open arranged by SSA.SE

* Monitoring DX-cluster, MW CH and ON4KST for skeds.
